Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing a ticket for the 2025 Police Grappling Summit at the Westgate Hotel and Conference Center in Las Vegas, NV, you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the following terms. The attendee is responsible for the cost of their travel, hotel stay, and meals not provided by Police Grappling, LLC.
Refunds:
We cannot issue refunds on tickets. However, you can transfer a purchased ticket. If you transfer a ticket to another attendee, you (the original attendee) must send an email prior to October 1, 2025, with the full name, contact information, department affiliation, and shirt size of the NEW attendee: contact@policegrappling.com
Who Can Attend:
Only active law enforcement officers, law enforcement instructors, and sponsors or those with explicit prior approval can attend this event. Law enforcement credentials will be checked on site during check-in. No one under the age of 18 years old may participate in this event. INDEMNITY AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT:
By PURCHASING A TICKET AND ATTENDING, THE FOLLOWING WILL HOLD THE BUYER TO: I will not hold or attempt to hold Police Grappling, LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff or Westgate Hotel and Conference Center liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property caused by any act or neglect of other persons, or caused in any manner other than the willful or negligent act of Police Grappling, LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff or Westgate Hotel and Conference Center, its agents and employees, and will indemnify and hold Police Grappling, LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff or Westgate Hotel and Conference Center harmless from any liability for damages or claims against Police Grappling, LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff or Westgate Hotel and Conference Center arising out of or in any way related to any such loss, damage or injury. I release Police Grappling, LLC, Associated Instructors and Staff and Westgate Hotel and Conference Center, including its trustees, employees and agents, from, including death, or illness while at the activity. I/We will assume the risk associated therewith, whether known or unknown to me/us at this time. This release is also intended to include all claims of my family, estate, heirs, personal representatives or assigns.
